JSL 2017-2018 begins on August 5^th, 2017

1 year course (40 classes)

l  Native Japanese Instructors

l  Saturday Class

l  Maximum 25 students per class (no minimum)

l  Eligibility:  Anyone 16 years old or older

CLASS LOCATION:  Ted Polk Middle School, 2001 Kelly Blvd, Carrollton, TX 75006

 (on Kelly Blvd. between Keller Springs and Belt Line)

HOW TO SIGN UP:

Please download registration form below and send your registration form and tuition to the address below by July 28^th, 2017.  You may also submit your registration form and check (or cash) directly at our office. (by appointment only)  You must register and pay tuition before attending a class.

TUITION:  Full payment $320 / Installment payment: $170 x 2 = $340

l  The tuition must be paid in full by July 28^th, 2017.

 ** If you wish to make payment by installment, the tuition will be $170 X 2= $340.

l  $30.00 for one-time Registration Fee (for new student only).

l  Checks payable to Dallas Japanese Association.

l  Tuition is not refundable after first 3 classes. Registration fee and textbooks are not refundable.
