HOW TO SIGN UP:
Please download registration form below and send your registration form and tuition to the address below by August 8th, 2016. You may also submit your registration form and check (or cash) directly at our office. (by appointment only) You must register and pay tuition before attending a class.

TUITION: Full payment $320 / Installment payment: $170 x 2 = $340
l The tuition must be paid in full by August 8, 2016.
** If you wish to make payment by installment, the tuition will be $170 X 2= $340.
l $30.00 for one-time Registration Fee (for new student only).
l Checks payable to Dallas Japanese Association.
l Tuition is not refundable after first 3 classes. Registration fee and textbooks are not refundable.
